Firmware Engineer - Lithuania - Cybersecurity

Our client is looking for a talented Firmware Engineer to join their expanding team. Focusing on cybersecurity our client aims to create a future where digital experiences are secure, private, and personalized, delivering advanced AI-based capabilities to Network Services Providers globally.

Responsibilities

• You will be building highly optimized software for Linux-based CPE devices.
• Develop network security, parental control, and network device intelligence solutions.
• Build automation for performance, functional, and resilience testing.
• You will assist with test lab infrastructure planning and implementation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in native code Linux Development.
• Linux network stack and kernel development experience.
• Knowledge of embedded Linux build systems (Openwrt, Yocto)
• You will know IP-based protocols.
• Knowledge of building C applications in Linux.
• Detailed knowledge of Linux operating systems architecture.
• You are familiar with developing software-embedded systems.
• Experience in systems monitoring, performance optimization, root cause analysis, and advanced troubleshooting.
• CI/CD, TDD, and test automation experience.
• Hardware understanding is a bonus.
