Job Title: Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

About the Role:

We’re hiring a CISO to lead hands-on security operations and audit readiness for a fast-growing BaaS FinTech company. This is a practical, cross-functional role focused on production governance, documentation, and secure handling of sensitive data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare audit documentation, respond to auditor queries, and participate in audit sessions
• Execute and verify monthly/quarterly/annual security procedures (lightweight, checklist-based)
• Conduct annual security training and manage signature collection
• Keep internal security/compliance documentation up to date
• Review and approve production changes (e.g. infra configs, commands affecting secret files)
• Receive and investigate alerts — determine if tied to approved work or potential threats
• Contribute to the design of secure flows for systems handling sensitive data (e.g., keys, KYC, transactions)

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5+ years in security, audit, or production governance (FinTech/BaaS preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and hands-on approach
• Experience with audits (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC 2), cloud infra, and change control
• Comfortable working closely with engineers and reviewing real system changes
