About The Client

The American memorabilia manufacturer, primarily known for producing yearbooks and class rings for high schools and colleges. The company also produced photobook products for Disney’s PhotoPass photography service at theme parks and resorts. In addition to its headquarters near Minneapolis and operational offices in Owatonna, Minnesota, the customer has facilities throughout the United States. The primary product areas to work with are shopping cart, payments, checkout in web and iOS.

What You’ll Do

• Support ongoing delivery from the BA side across multiple parallel initiatives (quarterly planning cycles, typically 2–3 months each), combined with ad hoc small feature requests and defect handling
• Gather, analyze, and document project requirements
• Prepare relevant backlog items and supporting project-level artifacts (e.g., vision & scope documents)
• Facilitate refinement sessions and sprint planning meetings
• Communicate closely with business stakeholders, the UX team, and other relevant parties within the organization as required by the specific project
• Maintain and refine the product backlog: clarify items, prioritize, and support delivery
  
  

What You Bring

• Excellent ability to communicate in English with dev teams, business stakeholders and SME
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an IT Business Analyst (e-commerce preferred)
• Ability to adapt to changing environments & quickly dive into new contexts
• Ability to pick a requirements specification style that is appropriate for a given context without external guidance
• Ability to comfortably handle multiple concurrent workstreams (regular context switching)
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence
• Experience working in distributed teams and with direct client communication
• Overlap with Central Standard Time (CST) is required until 1:00 p.m
