Product Owner

iToDEV – a super awesome mega cool IT company was established in 2006 (19 years and counting. That means, we know what we are doing). Our team with 40 equally awesome people works on interesting, challenging and useful WEB systems and mobile apps development projects for our Lithuanian and foreign clients.

𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿 @𝗶𝗧𝗼𝗗𝗘𝗩 𝘄𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲:

• 2+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager type of role.

• Experience in IT projects (AI, apps, systems, etc. – we love it all).

• Analytical thinking. But also creativity. Like – “let’s rethink how this works” kind of creativity.

• A good grip on Agile mindset (we do SCRUM here – for real).

• Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and the courage to say “no” when it matters.

• Excellent communication in Lithuanian, English, and ideally in Client–Tech translator mode.

• You’re the planner, the thinker, the doer. You won’t always get clear requirements, sometimes just a rough idea or a high-level goal. You’ll need to dive deep, ask the right questions, and shape that idea into a realistic PoC. Sometimes, we’ll need you to craft the vision yourself, within the boundaries set by budgetary or other constraints.

• Positive problem-solving approach - positivity always makes everything easier. And when you are attentive to details, proactive and have a collaborative attitude, then you are a total Rock STAR! We need that.

𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗸𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿:

• Experience with AI-based products/projects or medical sector projects (big wow).

• Ability to balance client wishes with what actually makes sense.

• Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), and SDLC are something more than “Googled it before the interview”.

• Knowledge of system architecture, data models, and how things talk to each other.

• Experience with data-driven decision making. (Not just guessing, you know.)

• UX/UI sense that helps you tell good from “uh-oh”.
