UX/UI product designer

Our client - Pickitoo - is a technology company developing cutting-edge solutions for the Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce) sector. They provide a comprehensive suite of tools for retailers, including order aggregation, advanced order management and fulfillment systems, branded e-commerce apps and websites, as well as a complete marketplace platform. UX/UI product designer

Job description:

You will primarily work on the platform Dashboard (new client onboarding, planner, reports, admin panels) and the Picking App mobile application, within a team covering several sub-products.

· Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform and improve design decisions.

· Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and engineering team to align design with product vision and technical feasibility.

· Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.

· Develop and maintain a scalable design system ensuring consistency across dashboards and apps.

· Optimize user flows and information architecture for intuitive and accessible experiences.

· Validate designs through A/B testing, user feedback, and usability sessions, iterating based on insights.

· Prepare clear design documentation and ensure smooth handoff to developers.

· Represent the voice of the user, balancing business goals, technical constraints, and user needs.

· Monitor UX performance metrics and continuously improve the product based on data and feedback.

· Support product launch activities by preparing UI assets and assisting in user onboarding materials.

Requirements:

· Relevant experience in UX/UI design for digital products, ideally B2B tools.

· Strong skills in information architecture and data visualization.

· Figma power user with experience creating and maintaining design systems.

· Collaborative mindset with a solid product design portfolio.

Monthly Salary: 3600 – 5400 eur gross (~ 2178 – 3267 Eur netto).
