As a Backend Developer Python/Django at F2F.com, you will play a crucial role in improving our platform, optimizing performance, and ensuring a solid technical foundation. You will work closely with other engineers, PO, and stakeholders to build scalable and efficient backend solutions. Our backend is built with Django, and we a transitioning to a Kubernetes-based infrastructure for better scalability.

• Developing and maintaining backend services using Django
• Designing and implementing scalable REST APIs
• Ensuring security, performance, and reliability of the backend
• Contributing to the migration to a containerized Kubernetes architecture
• Working with AWS services such as DynamoDB, Lambda, Rekognition, and S3
• Collaborating with frontend developers for seamless integration
• Handling high traffic volumes, up to 50k backend requests per minute

• Experience with Python/Django
• Proven ability to develop and maintain REST APIs
• A mindset focused on maintainability, scalability, and robustness
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think beyond individual tasks

• Experience with AWS services (DynamoDB, Rekognition, S3, etc.)
