Web3 Engineer

The Product Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the development of products using blockchain technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining product strategies, along with the planning, execution and delivery of the product release phases, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Web3/blockchain technologies and decentralized applications
• Knowledge of tokenisation, DeFi, and cryptocurrency markets
• Experience with project planning, resource allocation, and risk management
• Experience in financial services or fintech industry
• User experience (UX) design and user interface (UI) design skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Hybrid Role. Must be able to work in Vilnius.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• Development experience with programming languages
• SQL database or relational database skills
