Role: Senior Program/Project Manager.

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon.

Required skills:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar areas;
• Min. 5 years of experience as a Program/Project Manager;
• Strong track record delivering complex digital and IT transformation programmes;
• Skilled in building and executing business cases to support strategic change;
• Solid experience in change management, navigating cultural and operational shifts;
• Practical application of Lean methodologies to optimize business processes;
• Effective leadership in cross-functional teams across business, IT, and digital areas;
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
• Analytic professional, with critical thinking;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
• Good sense of professional ethics and responsibility.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
