About The Opportunity
We’re looking for a data-savvy Data Analyst to help shape product decisions, drive experimentation, and support our mission to power discovery through data.
What will you do?
- Evaluate the success of new features and product rollouts, using data to guide decisions
- Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to measure product improvements
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Account teams to investigate product behavior, performance trends, and user impact
- Dig into complex datasets to identify opportunities, bugs, or trends that inform roadmap priorities
- Communicate actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders that impact decisions and create measurable value to company results
- 3+ years of experience in an analytics role
- Strong SQL skills – capable of writing and optimizing complex queries independently
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and interpreting test results
- Experience working closely with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making
- Analytical mindset – sharp, curious, fast-learner, proactive and independent
- Strong communication and storytelling skills – able to explain technical and data concepts to non-technical audiences
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Bonus Points:
- Experience in AdTech, marketing analytics
- Proficiency in Python and common analytics libraries/tools (e.g., pandas, NumPy, Jupyter)
- Background in data science – experience with predictive modeling, experimentation, or statistical analysis
