Happy Mammoth is a fast-growing natural food tech business selling across the United States, Australia and Europe. We specialize in formulating, producing, and marketing gut, digestive and microbiome health foods and natural supplements, designed to help our clients make long-lasting positive health changes and start living very full lives again.

We are currently looking for an experienced Producer Project Coordinator to join our dynamic, international team of experts, where you'll play a key role in video production and project management.

Responsibilities

• Talent Selection & Management: Oversee actors, creators, and influencers
• Video Project Management: Coordinate video projects from planning through execution
• Contract & Payment Management: Handle agreements and payments for all collaborators
• Script Preparation for Shoots: Organize and prepare scripts for production (no script writing)
• Creator Coordination: Pitch ideas to creators, review videos, provide feedback, and request revisions as needed
• Advertising Production: Manage ad production in collaboration with filming teams, producers, and editors for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
• Other tasks as required
  
  

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a video producer with a DTC/eComm brand,
• Direct experience in the Supplement category and/or natural health is an advantage,
• Solid experience in process management, from receiving a script to delivering final assets,
• Experience managing ad production for social media channels, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube,
• Project management experience in overseeing all aspects of video production,
• Strong background in talent selection and management,
• Experience collaborating with video editors, creative strategists, brand managers and other creative specialists
