HR Transformation Project Manager

Here at RED we are looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in Mergers & Acquisitions or HR Transformation to join a new project for one of our clients.

The initial contract is of 5 months with excellent extension prospects. Please find the details below.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing M&A or HR transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and great communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is a big plus.

Contract details:

• 5 months contract + extensions
• fully remote, EU based
• Start date: 14th July 2025
• Rate: 300-350 eur/day depending on experience
