We are looking for an HR Generalist who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and takes full ownership of HR operations. This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, highly organized, and passionate about delivering a seamless employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.

As the primary point of contact for HR operational matters in Poland, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all people processes. From managing onboarding and off-boarding to coordinating payroll data and supporting global mobility, your impact will be felt across the entire organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR operational matters in Poland
  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, off-boarding, changes, and contract management
  • Manage HR document flow, including generation, filing, and archiving of contracts, amendments, and official letters
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS and physical/electronic personnel files, in line with local labor law and company policy
  • Prepare and validate monthly payroll input data for timely and error-free submission to payroll specialist/payroll provider
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and assist in audits and reporting requirements
  • Support global mobility tasks such as relocation coordination, work permits, and visa renewals
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, leave, documentation, and policies
  • Oversee time and attendance tracking, ensuring accuracy of records, timely approvals, and proper integration with payroll
  • Identify opportunities for optimisation and automation of recurring HR operational processes, working closely with the global HR systems and operations teams to drive efficiency and scalability
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal teams and payroll specialist/ payroll providers


Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles, ideally in a multinational environment
  • Solid understanding of Polish labor law and HR compliance standards
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob, Workday)
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Experience supporting payroll processes and liaising with third-party payroll providers - nice to have
  • Exposure to global mobility administration (e.g., immigration, relocations) - nice to have
