Project Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead medium‑sized IT/Telco migration projects for the customers, ensuring on‑time, within‑budget, and high‑quality business outcomes. You’ll establish robust project structures, manage scope and change control, and maintain clear stakeholder communications. This role supports a major migration program in Germany and requires flexibility for after‑hours infrastructure changes.

Responsibilities:

Role‑Specific Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain project structure and processes to drive timely, budget‑friendly, high‑quality deliverables.
• Establish and enforce scope and change management controls throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and distribute regular status reports to key stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, and communications to ensure proactive mitigation and resolution.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Strong decision‑making and change management knowledge.
• Able to operate under pressure in a dynamic, complex environment.
• Skilled at coordinating multiple stakeholders and migration teams.

Language & Certifications:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• PMP and/or ITIL v4 certification preferred.
