RAN Optimization Engineer

Responsibilities:

1.Collect and analyze of RF Data and Drive Test data;

2.Service Failure Investigations and customer complaints process;

3.Analyze logs using tools to produce statistics

4.Responsible for the site script production kpi monitoring

5.Responsible for KPI optimization and improvement

6.Identify of non-dominant pilot and sources interference

7.Capacity monitoring and evaluation.

8.Launch DT&CQT test and analyze measurements result.

9.Escalate any issues that affect the network quality of assigned area to direct manager.

10.Follow up with QoS performance of new sites integrated into assigned area

11.Performing the technical support, routine maintenance task, troubleshooting and system improvement.

12.Monitor the alarm report from OMC system and handle the alarms

13.Assure technical assistance for solving customer inquiries and issues

14.Perform any other activities, accordingly to professional competences, on superior request

Qualification & Requirements:

1. Over 3 years of experience in the telecom industry, with a background in any network optimization (2G/3G/4G/5G).

2. Skilled in analyzing standard KPIs (access, drop, load, traffic) through drive test logs and oss kpis.

3. Strong knowledge of wireless equipment and 4G/5G principles; capable of air interface signaling analysis.

4. Preferred: experience in daily 5G KPI optimization, counter-level issue analysis, 4G/5G interworking, performance analysis, and MLB load balancing, ability to optimize KPI

5. Extensive experience in swap projects.

6. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, able to follow tasks through from start to finish.
