Long Term Intern – Consumer Health - Analytics & Insights

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting in the collection, processing and analysis of various data types.
• Assisting in the development of clear, concise and visually engaging reports and presentations that convert data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Engaging in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, offering your distinct ideas and viewpoints.
• Provide active support to Intelligence team in forecasting of operational markets and products during marketing plan process.
• Collaborate closely with internal & external stakeholders
• Monitor Bayer products and direct competitors and prepare relevant reports and share with related departments
• Support the team in the implementation of market research projects

WHO YOU ARE

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for intelligence and data-driven insights to join our team for a 6-12 month internship.

• Currently working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Effective Communication & Team Player
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
• Analytic mindset and good with calculations
• Excellent MS Office skills; especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience in data visualization tools (e.g Tableau) is a plus
• Previous internship experience is a plus.
