A well-established and respected player in the Norwegian construction and industrial sector is currently seeking a skilled Fullstack Tech Lead to join their in-house digital development team in Oslo. This is a unique opportunity to take a lead role in shaping digital solutions that support critical operations across a complex and impactful organization.

The Role

Successful candidate will be responsible for guiding a small cross-functional team in building and maintaining robust, scalable digital tools and services. With a primary focus on a modern .NET backend and Angular frontend, the role involves architectural decision-making, hands-on coding, and close collaboration with product owners and stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation of web-based solutions
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance across the stack
• Mentor developers and contribute to building a strong engineering culture
• Collaborate closely with domain experts to understand operational needs
• Take ownership of existing systems and guide modernisation efforts where relevant

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a fullstack developer or technical lead
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and Angular
• Experience with cloud services (Azure is a plus)
• Comfortable with agile methodologies and DevOps principles
• Fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken
