The platform is driving innovation in the MENA region and beyond — and now they’re looking for a talented Mobile App Developer to help bring their next-gen product to life.

The Role

As the Mobile App Developer, you will take full ownership of the architecture, design, and implementation of mobile applications for the QLIQ platform. You’ll play a central role in developing robust, scalable, and engaging mobile experiences across both in-house and client projects, using Flutter or React Native.

This is a hands-on, impactful position — ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex challenges with modern tech.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development

• Lead the mobile architecture for the platform.
• Build advanced mobile features including:
• Multi-vendor e-commerce operations
• Secure digital wallet and currency management
• Influencer and affiliate program tracking
• User-generated content systems and gamification
• Real-time MLM dashboards with commission logic
• Integrate AI-driven tools (e.g., chatbots, recommendations) to enhance user interaction.
• Maintain high code quality, scalability, and maintainability.

Client Projects

• Build custom mobile apps for clients using Flutter, React Native, or native SDKs.
• Collaborate with backend, UI/UX, and QA teams for smooth delivery.
• Optimize app performance, security, and usability.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase, GraphQL, and third-party services.

Technical Leadership

• Participate in sprint planning and manage app development milestones.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain internal development standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile development and tools.
• Create internal documentation and contribute to platform-wide best practices.

Team & Project Management

• Mentor junior developers and support team growth.
• Contribute to hiring and onboarding of new engineers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for requirements, updates, and demos.
• Handle app store submissions, version updates, and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with iOS/Android platform standards and security protocols.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile development with Flutter or React Native
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, optimization, and secure coding
• Proven track record of building complex modules such as:
• E-commerce
• Digital wallets
• MLM logic and commission systems
• Affiliate or influencer tracking
• Familiar with:
• Firebase and GraphQL
• AI tools (e.g., chatbots, recommendations)
• Cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills

Bonus Points

• Experience working in startups or early-stage product environments
• Exposure to both product and client/agency project delivery
• Proficiency in Arabic and/or understanding of MENA markets
