Senior QA Engineer/ Associate QA Lead

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain robust automation frameworks and scripts based on project requirements and specifications
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous testing and delivery
  • Contribute to the enhancement of testing processes and automation practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify and prioritize testing activities based on risk assessment and project timelines
  • Develop test cases, based on requirements and specifications and able to work closely with developers (onsite/offshore) and client
  • Collaborate with development teams to reproduce, analyze, and resolve defects
  • Solid understanding of software testing best practices, methodologies and terminology

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
  • 04+ years of experience in quality assurance and the ability to drive automation testing in the team
  • Hands-on experience in automation testing, developing and maintaining automated test scripts using industry standard tools and frameworks
  • Knowledge of software engineering QA concepts, agile test methodology and best practices
  • Self-motivated, energetic and passionate individual willing to take full ownership
  • Strong communication skills
