Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Specialist - Cybersecurity Governance & Advisory, located in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Specialist will be responsible for overseeing cybersecurity governance and providing advisory services. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing security policies and procedures, monitoring compliance, conducting risk assessments, security awareness and advising on application security, network security, and information security. The role spans collaboration across various departments to ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Application Security and Cybersecurity practices
• Proficiency in Network Security and Information Security strategies
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing security policies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and advisory abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus
• Experience working in the banking or financial services industry is preferred
