Seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist specialized in Computer Vision and Deep Learning to drive cutting-edge AI initiatives across its property, hospitality, and asset management divisions. The ideal candidate will design and implement machine learning models that enhance operations, optimize asset performance, and improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy computer vision models for applications such as facial recognition, object detection, smart surveillance, and automated inspection systems.
- Develop deep learning solutions using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras for tasks including image classification, anomaly detection, and semantic segmentation.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to integrate AI models into client digital platforms (e.g., smart buildings, CCTV, tenant experience apps).
- Process and manage large-scale image and video datasets using tools like OpenCV, NumPy, and cloud-based storage pipelines.
- Train, validate, and optimize models using GPUs and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS).
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA), preprocessing, and feature engineering for visual data.
- Monitor and maintain production AI models, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance.
- Support the development of AI-driven dashboards, alerts, and insights for business stakeholders using Power BI, Azure ML, or Databricks.
- Document model architectures, experiments, and findings for internal knowledge sharing and governance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in computer vision and deep learning.
- Strong programming skills in Python and libraries like OpenCV, NumPy, Pandas.
- Experience with convolutional neural networks (CNNs), transfer learning, and real-time inference.
- Familiarity with Azure AI stack, Databricks, or Microsoft Cognitive Services preferred.
- Solid understanding of model evaluation, optimization, and deployment in production environments.
Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to smart city technologies, IoT-integrated systems, or real estate tech.
- Experience integrating CV models with enterprise software, cloud-native APIs, or mobile apps.
- Knowledge of AI governance, fairness, and security principles.
