Data & AI Engineer

Role Purpose

To lead and coordinate all procurement/inventory-related data migration activities within the SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely migration of procurement/inventory master and transactional data. This role focuses on facilitating the collection, transformation, validation, and final loading of procurement/inventory master and transactional data.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders to define scope, mapping rules, transformation logic, and reconciliation expectations for procurement/inventory data.
• Work closely with SAP functional consultants and business data stewards to align on procurement/inventory data requirements.
• Coordinate with the technical build team to ensure ETL development meets procurement/inventory-specific needs.
• Plan and manage execution of mock migration cycles (Mock 1, Mock 2, Full Dress Rehearsal), including tracking progress and resolving issues.
• Conduct briefings and working sessions with procurement/inventory users to ensure understanding and readiness.
• Troubleshoot and monitor data cleansing and load activities, ensuring timely completion, quality and completeness.
• Resolve reconciliation issues and support cutover and post-go-live stabilization.
