🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage projects across the full transformation lifecycle—from diagnostic to delivery
• Facilitate client workshops to scope, design, and implement technology solutions
• Drive service delivery across digital operations, platform implementations, and integrations
• Apply analytical techniques to assess current-state operations and design future-state models
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in capital markets technology, including front, middle, and back office operations
• Strong background in project management, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience with platform implementations, digital transformation, or regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with workflow tools, RPA (e.g. Blue Prism, UI Path), and AI-driven solutions is a plus
• Skilled in process mapping, strategy development, and requirements gathering
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to lead client-facing engagements
