• Build and ship features quickly across both the frontend and backend

• Work with React and TypeScript on the frontend

• Use Golang heavily on the backend for performance-critical systems

• Contribute to the voice AI stack that powers real-time phone calls

• Own major parts of the product and infrastructure
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in software development

• Strong experience with frontend (React, TypeScript)

• Solid backend development skills, especially with Golang

• A good eye for design and product quality

• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
  
  

• Experience with AI or voice technologies

• Familiarity with databases like Postgres or MongoDB
  
  

• Salary: $150K-$220K

• Equity: 0.05%-0.25%
