Arabic & English Fluency Required | Government Tender Experience | Senior Leadership Role
Mzad Qatar, the country’s #1 digital marketplace and classified platform, is seeking an exceptional Senior Sales & Account Manager to lead its high-performing B2B sales and client success operations. This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to executive management.
The ideal candidate is not just a sales expert, but also a strategic thinker, capable of mentoring teams, managing complex portfolios, and driving results in fast-paced environments. You must have a deep understanding of government processes, tendering platforms, and corporate tech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage B2B sales activities across Qatar and the region
- Handle key accounts and ensure long-term business growth through relationship management
- Prepare, review, and submit government tender documents with accuracy and speed
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives and account managers
- Represent Mzad Qatar in local and regional exhibitions, events, and client meetings
- Work closely with government entities and ministries to secure partnerships and contracts
- Monitor, analyze, and achieve aggressive sales KPIs and revenue goals
- Act as a problem-solver and decision-maker in client escalations and account issues
- Use advanced Excel and CRM tools for forecasting, reporting, and performance optimization
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews for team development
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and account management
- Experience in large-scale companies in Qatar is mandatory
- Strong exposure to Qatar government tender platforms (Ashghal eTendering, QGP, Manaa, etc.)
- Proven experience in government client engagement and proposal preparation
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential (written and spoken)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort with tech platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong decision-making abilities and ability to resolve high-stakes client challenges
- Ability to travel within the region for events and client meetings
- Experience in building, mentoring, and leading sales teams
