Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Product Owner based in London.
We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Product Owner with a passion for technology, strong product instincts, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Ideally, you’ll bring a mix of experience, curiosity, and drive to help us build exceptional fintech products.
Required Experience
- 1–3 years of prior experience in a startup product role
- Experience designing UX wireframes and collaborating with design teams
- Proven ability to write clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria
- Background in fintech as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst
Bonus Skills
- Experience with product marketing, including:
- Creating user guides and product tours
- Recording Loom videos or similar tools to showcase features

Salary:
In the region of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
Location:
Hybrid – 3 days per week in the London office
Responsiblities include:
- Feature Planning & Design: Take ownership of planning, designing, and documenting new product features, working closely with stakeholders to define requirements and user flows.
- First-Line Support: Address and resolve support tasks efficiently, serving as the first point of contact for product-related issues acting as the liaison between operations & engineering.
- Product Marketing Support: Contribute to new feature launches by drafting release notes, building product tours (e.g. Userpilot) and providing the marketing team with relevant info.
- User Education: Write clear, user-friendly guides, help centre articles, and record loom videos to ensure users can easily understand and use new features.
- Integration Management: Support scoping, testing, and validating API integrations with accounting and e-commerce platforms. Document technical requirements and assist with troubleshooting during implementation.
- Customer Collaboration: Collaborate with Customer Success to gather and synthesize feedback, translating user insights into structured product requirements and feature suggestions.
