Overview of the Role-

As an Agile Coach at HCLTech, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's agile transformation efforts. This position is crucial for fostering an agile culture and mindset across various teams and projects. You will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring teams to adopt agile principles, enhancing their productivity and efficiency to meet the company's strategic goals.

Detailed Responsibilities-

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in agile practices to enhance productivity and streamline project delivery.
• Develop and implement agile methodologies tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and facilitate change management processes.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to build agile competencies across the organization.
• Monitor team performance and provide actionable feedback to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with agile principles.
• Act as a change agent to promote an agile culture and mindset throughout the company.

Skill Requirements-

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are preferred.

Other Requirements (Optional)-

• Experience with large-scale agile transformations is a plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools can be advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
