• Team Development:

Coaching, mentoring, and guiding chapter members to enhance their skills and expertise in API development.

• Skill Development:

Fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, ensuring members stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.

• Performance Management:

Overseeing the performance of chapter members, providing feedback, and identifying areas for growth.

• Knowledge Sharing:

Facilitating the sharing of knowledge and best practices within the chapter, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.

• Collaboration:

Working closely with other Chapter Leads, Tech Leads, and Product Owners to ensure alignment and effective collaboration across teams.

• Technical Guidance:

Providing technical guidance and support to squads on complex API development challenges and ensuring adherence to security and quality standards.

• Innovation:

Identifying and championing new technologies and approaches to API development, driving innovation within the chapter.

• Strategic Alignment:

Working with Tribe Leads and other stakeholders to align the chapter's work with the overall organizational strategy and objectives.

• Agile Practices:

Ensuring the chapter adopts and utilizes Agile methodologies effectively.

• Stakeholder Management:

Managing expectations and communicating effectively with stakeholders across different teams and business units.
