🤖 About the Role

You will play a pivotal role in shaping digital strategies for top-tier banking clients. You’ll gain hands-on experience in data analysis, dashboard creation, and performance optimization, contributing to impactful insights in the banking sector. You will be busy exploring the latest machine-learning models.

📊 You will:

• Assist in data collection, cleansing, and analysis from various banking sources to identify key insights.
• Take a part in Machine Learning & Deep Learning Projects
• Support the development of data-driven digital strategies and campaigns tailored to the banking industry.
• Conduct basic A/B testing and assist in performance analysis of digital initiatives within the banking domain.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports specific to digital banking strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign targeting and segmentation within the banking sector.
• Participate in data interpretation and contribute to actionable recommendations in the context of banking and digital transformation.

📊 You bring to the table:

• A Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Banking, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• A strong eagerness to work with data and learn data analysis techniques within the banking sector.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Python, VBA, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with digital banking technologies and platforms is a plus.
• An interest in digital strategy and a desire to grow in this field within the banking industry.
• Strong communication skills to convey data findings in the context of banking and digital strategy.

Fluency in English and French/Dutch
