Work Mode: Hybrid (50% onsite, 50% remote)

Languages: Dutch and French (Professional), English (Proficient)

Education: Master’s degree required

Certifications:

• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Lean, XP, DevOps, etc.)
• Personal coaching certification

Mission Context:

As part of the Marketing & Communication cluster , the Agile Coach will support the adoption of the Agile Way of Working. You will coach senior leaders (Cluster Leads) to effectively implement agile leadership practices and instill agile mindsets in a complex organizational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach Cluster Leads on Agile operating models and best practices.
• Support the development of agile leadership behaviors and value-driven decision-making.
• Guide Cluster Leads in change management, helping them adopt agile thinking and practices.
• Educate leaders on motivating teams to embrace Agile values and behavioral norms.
• Help manage complex stakeholder landscapes with emotional intelligence and diplomacy.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, resolving dependencies and balancing conflicting interests across teams (Marketing, Sales, Agile Impulse Tribes, etc.).
• Promote continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, retrospectives, and iterative change.
• Establish and improve feedback loops between strategic leadership and execution teams.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise in Agile practices across product, process, people, and technology domains.
• Work closely with fellow Agile Coaches and Cluster Leads to share learnings and propose enhancements to Agile adoption.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in complex organizations.
• Strong, proven coaching background (both one-on-one and team-level).
• In-depth knowledge of Agile Operating Model or comparable frameworks.
• Experience in facilitating group learning sessions and managing team dynamics.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in corporate training or formal facilitation.
• Exposure to Agile in large-scale enterprise settings, especially in financial services or marketing functions.
