Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Outsourcing Project Manager to lead and coordinate outsourced IT service delivery and projects across internal and external teams.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT outsourcing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate between internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with business and technical teams.
  • Monitor outsourced service performance against SLAs and KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring appropriate escalation and resolution mechanisms.
  • Support contract negotiations, vendor onboarding, and renewal processes.
