Skill Set Required:

• Telecom BSS

• Skills in C, ProC, Linux, Shell script

• Good experience in L2 Application Maintenance & Operations

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage applications w.r.t Incidents/ service request and understand ITIL V4 processes.
• Analyzing customer requirements & provide technical solution, estimations.
• Perform upgrades/proactive in proposing to customer on the application’s vulnerabilities.
• Manage applications based on the requirements /needs from customer in providing SDLC model.
