A major international car manufacturer is shifting its software strategy toward Android Automotive OS (AAOS), gradually deploying it across all its brands. You’ll join an ambitious program aimed at delivering a seamless in-vehicle digital experience with native Google services (Maps, Assistant, Play Store) fully embedded. Be part of a team driving the transformation of next-generation embedded infotainment systems.

Engagement details:

• Full-time, permanent position

• Location: France – IDF

• Start date: ASAP

• International and innovative technical environment

Responsibilities:

• Develop, integrate, and maintain embedded Android features on Android Automotive OS

• Customize and adapt AOSP according to vehicle-specific needs (VHAL, UI, audio, connectivity…)

• Support integration of native Google services and certification processes

• Work closely with HMI, systems, testing, and validation teams

• Troubleshoot issues using tools such as ADB, Logcat, Perfetto, etc.

• Contribute to code reviews and technical documentation

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Embedded Software, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent

• Experience in Android development (Java/Kotlin) with solid AOSP knowledge

• Proficiency in C/C++ and embedded Linux systems

• Familiarity with Android toolchain (adb, Logcat, Git, Gerrit, Gradle)

• Understanding of IVI constraints: power cycles, cold boot, VHAL integration, etc.

• Professional French required (spoken and written)

• Good technical English required
