As a People Operations Working Student, you will play a key role in supporting our daily operations and employee experience across all locations.
As part of this role, you will:
- Support administration throughout the employee lifecyle
- Help with onboarding and offboarding new joiners e.g. with paperwork, hardware, and merch
- Prepare and handle employee documents, such as work certificates, visa docs, hardware forms
- Sort and organize incoming mail for the People team
- Maintain accurate employee records and follow up with employees for required data
- Support day-to-day coordination by scheduling meetings or sending surveys
- Update and manage Personio templates
- Support with employee requests
- Respond to incoming tickets and ensure documents or info are sent out promptly and accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline people (HR) processes

- You have a strong interest in administrative and operational tasks
- You have an eye for detail and work with concentration, ensuring precision in all tasks
- You are interested in deepening your experience in People Operations in a dynamic work environment
- You work independently and can follow up on tasks in a structured way
- You have a positive attitude, are enthusiastic, and work in an employee-oriented manner
- Discretion and loyalty are a matter of course for you
- You already have experience in People Operations
- You have worked with Personio and Notion
