Overview

Join our Technology AI team as a Project Manager / Technical Business Analyst. This hybrid role involves managing AI-related projects and gathering technical requirements for productivity tools and data applications. You’ll work closely with developers, stakeholders, and infrastructure teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning meetings, record minutes and actions.
Develop and manage project workplans.
Report on data flow development status to stakeholders.
Collaborate with AI developers to identify and resolve blockers.
Ensure documentation exists for all developed data flows.
Coordinate with infrastructure and support teams for production readiness.
Support training efforts for end users on AI tools.
Drive prioritization and resource alignment.
Monitor project delivery and maintain stakeholder accountability.

What We're Looking For

BSc in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
3+ years in project management or technical business analysis, ideally in Financial Services.
Experience across full system delivery lifecycle.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Strong understanding of data modeling.
Experience with SQL, relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
Experience using Jira, building Kanbans, roadmaps, and dashboards.
Experience in investment banking or capital markets is a plus.
Exposure to generative AI and LLM technologies is a plus.
