Lead PHP Engineer

Senior PHP Developer / Team Lead

We’re looking for an experienced PHP developer who’s ready to take on both hands-on coding and team leadership responsibilities. In this role, you'll guide a small team, make key technical decisions, and help develop scalable backend systems.

Key requirements:

• Strong experience with PHP and modern frameworks (e.g. Symfony, Laravel)
• Prior experience mentoring or leading engineers
• Good understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Familiarity with scalable systems, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes is a plus
• Comfortable working in Agile teams and communicating in English
