Project Manager - Communications

About The Role

As a Communications Project Manager you will make an impact by implementing communication strategies according to organizational purpose and values. You will be a valued member of the marketing team and work collaboratively with the pillar leads and senior stakeholders.

In This Role, You Will

• Implement communication strategies according to organizational purpose and value
• Drive employee communication which shapes, engages, and inspires employees in daily activities
• Proactively identify and address communication challenges

• Create original written and video content
• Organize internal events
• Enhance organizational reputation in social media channels

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2/3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Vilnius or Kaunas. What You Need To Have To Be Considered

• Proven hands-on experience in internal and social media communication fields
• General competencies: result-driven, creative thinker, analytical, influential, and collaborative
• A focus on high standards and quality, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding planning, organizational, time, and project management skills, along with a strong sense of ownership
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital technologies and communication trends
• Excellent copywriting skills in both English and Lithuanian

• Salary of 2100- 2800 EUR gross before taxes, which is based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate
