Our Delta technologies team is looking for a Senior Consultant - DevSecOps to help and support one of our clients.

The Senior Consultant - DevSecOps will have the following responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of secure software delivery processes.
  • Support the implementation of DevSecOps practices across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Manage day-to-day operations related to CI/CD and security integration.
  • Drive changes to current processes to improve automation, compliance, and resilience.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration tests for both on-premises and cloud architectures.
  • Configure and manage vulnerability management and notification systems, including process automation.
  • Conduct application penetration tests and ensure operating systems security (Linux and Windows).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security tools and practices into DevOps workflows.
  • Write technical reports and analyze documents to provide actionable recommendations

The Senior Consultant - DevSecOps will also have the responsibility to animate the Delta Accounting tribe, participate to the development of the existing team, animating workshops and training internally and with third parties. As an operational consultant, the Senior Consultant - DevSecOps will act as Subject Matter Expert to support other colleagues in case of expertise needs.

Requirements

  • Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevSecOps practices.
  • Solid knowledge of SAST and DAST tools.
  • Proficiency in cloud-based architectures (e.g., Azure, AWS).
  • Programming skills in Python and Java.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and security tools integrated into DevOps workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and operating system security.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French or any additional language is an asset
