Information Technology Security Specialist

For a telecommunications customer of ours based in Luxembourg, we are searching for an external 'Security Specialist' to help with documentation work. This will be a short term contractual role, with 50% onsite in Luxembourg:

Roles and responsibilities will include:

• Review Polices, Procedures, Standards and other related documents from the Global Security Office Framework for their consistence and compliance with the SES branding and wording guidelines.
• Update the Policy Framework based on the input of the Security Office. Actively seek for feedback from stakeholders and impacted parties.
• Update documents to new templates and updated branding and wording guidelines. Create new document (or other) templates based on requirements.
• Ensure availability and access of the information on the Security Office SharePoint page.
• Process security-related documents such as PSI, SAL, Compliance Matrix, and SMP.
• Provide guidance and interpretation about security standards, practices, and programs to support the business and security initiatives.
• Establish and maintain standards for the quality of security documentation, ensuring consistency and clarity.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the quality of security processes. Prepare reports to communicate quality performance to stakeholders.
