General Job Description

As part of the IT Infrastructure department, you will join the Network & SecOPS team, which is responsible for the implementation, advanced management, and continuous evolution of PwC Luxembourg’s network, operational security, and telecom infrastructure. We are looking for a skilled professional with strong network administration expertise to support daily operations and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain network components, with a focus on Cisco SDA, ACI, SD-WAN, and ISE.
Manage inter-site and Internet connections, including multi-ISP setups, AS number configurations, and LUCIX connections.
Enhance and maintain the SolarWinds monitoring solution.
Maintain, upgrade, and automate network configurations based on evolving requirements.
Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide expert-level support.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies; evaluate and test new solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation and operational reports.
Identify and report potential issues and risks proactively.

Technical Competencies

Strong background in Network Administration.
In-depth understanding of legacy Cisco networks.
Proven expertise in Cisco SDA/ACI – Mandatory.
Familiarity with Cisco SD-WAN and ISE – Preferred.
Experience with SolarWinds or similar network monitoring tools.

Certifications

Professional certifications such as CCNP or CCIE are highly desirable.
