Outsystems Developer

We are hiring for Outsystems Developer at Apeldoorn, Netherlands – 2-3 days per week

Assignment:

• You will lead and be responsible for the realization of significant projects/programs.
• Responsibilities include Outsystems development, configuring integrations, IT infrastructure/data integration, mentoring junior developers.
• Agile/Scrum and BZB (Exceptional Matters Blue) experience is a plus.
• Dutch fluency is essential.

Background:

• The BZB program helps inform citizens affected by the FSV system.
• The project deals with privacy requests, data flows, and automation.
• BZB has achieved results and is entering the next phase, requiring professional leadership.

Requirements:

• Experience in Outsystems (certified preferred), integration setup/management, IT infrastructure, mentoring, HBO education level, complex data environment familiarity, and political sensitivity.
