🚀 The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll take the lead on a time-sensitive strategic initiative focused on. solar asset optimization, smart energy solutions, battery management solutions, renewable grid integration, etc.. You’ll define product goals, align stakeholders, and drive execution from concept to delivery within a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Lead a high-priority product workstream from planning through to execution over 5 months.
• Translate complex stakeholder needs into clear product requirements.
• Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams to deliver solutions on time.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and technical standards in the energy sector.
• Monitor product progress, mitigate risks, and adjust plans as needed to meet key milestones.

✅ What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in energy or climate tech.
• Deep understanding of the renewable energy landscape (solar, wind, grid tech, DERs, storage).
• Proven ability to deliver outcomes in fast-paced, fixed-timeline projects.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with agile teams and technical stakeholders.

• Previous experience delivering products for utilities, energy developers, or grid operators.
