AI Engineer

For one of my clients, an International Procurments platform provider, I am looking for an AI Engineer to develop AI-driven features in their products. The role is hands-on and impactful, working closely with product and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable APIs
• Design and manage complex datasets
• Implement and optimise AI/LLM-based features
• Ensure high standards in data processing and system design

We're looking for someone with:

• 5+ years Python experience
• 2+ years AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, ETL)
• Experience with NLP (TF-IDF, tokenisation, KNN, embeddings)
• Experience with cloud LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
• Infra as Code (preferably AWS CDK in TypeScript)
• API development (FastAPI, Flask)
• Bonus: deep learning, fine-tuning LLMs, agentic AI, Docker/K8s
