Role : Enterprise Architect

Location: Utrecht and Amsterdam

Type : Permanent role

Required Technical Skill Set :Enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman), IT governance, Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), legacy modernization, digital transformation, API management

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar
• Strong experience in IT governance and alignment of IT strategy with business goals
• Proven ability to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives
• In-depth understanding of cloud platforms and their enterprise-level integration
• Hands-on experience with legacy system modernization and integration with modern architecture

Good-to-Have

• Familiarity with API lifecycle management and service-oriented architecture
• Knowledge of advanced analytics and data platforms as part of enterprise solutions
• Experience with business process re-engineering to align with IT capabilities

Nice-to-Have

• Understanding of emerging technologies like AI/ML, blockchain, or IoT
• Experience with portfolio optimization tools
• Proficiency with enterprise architecture modeling tools (e.g., ArchiMate, Visio)

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap to support organizational objectives and digital transformation.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise-level solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT units to align technology strategies with business objectives.
• Develop governance frameworks and standards to ensure consistency and compliance across the IT landscape.
• Drive initiatives for legacy system modernization, enabling seamless integration with modern architectures and technologies.
• Advocate for innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending their adoption to drive business value.
