What You Can Expect

We are currently seeking a talented Lead Developer Mobile to join our team at BASF's Agricultural Solutions department Digital Factory.

Responsibilities

• Expert to the mobile develoment communities across a range of topics related to technical and functional aspects of developments of mobile apps, for example app store management, testing, troubleshooting, infrastructure, CI/CD
• Drive the concept of Design Systems, form based workflow automations, centralized testing, IT Security and overall expert governence across a range of mobility related topics
• Contribute towards development of documentations such as Solutions Design along with interactions with Architecture, Solutions communities.
• Demonstrate Agriculture Practice's in house developed platform for mobility across communities
• Develop self and organization on AI related topics that could enhance efficiency and scale
• Develop mobile technical ecosystems beyond current vendor pool around app market intelligence, workflow automations, testing, app-app interactions
• General maintenance, efficiency and other improvement topics for the App community.

Requirements Of The Position

• Degree in computer science
• IT Training
• Project management and work experience in related fields and experts skills in installation/testing of hardware/software
• Expert skills in programming languages, IT feasibility study and Market knowledge of software and IT Systems
• Expert in CRM Systems, Process Mapping tools
• Specialist in IT Hardware, IT Security, Databases, E-commerce, Change management and Consulting Methods
• Advanced english
