About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Security Engineer to join our team in Bern.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security solutions and architectures
• Lead and support security-related projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and incident response activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to raise security awareness and ensure best practices.
• Contribute to the development and enforcement of company-wide security policies and standards.
• Monitor compliance with internal and external security requirements.
• Support and mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or equivalent technical training.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in information security or a similar field.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or equivalent are required.
• Proven experience in project management and working in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• High degree of team spirit, loyalty, and integrity.
• Excellent command of German (written and spoken) and fluent English.
• Knowledge of French is considered an advantage.
