About The Role

As Strategy Manager within the Corporate Development team, you will help to shape the future of Bitcoin Suisse - the leading crypto company in a highly dynamic environment. Corporate Development covers mainly the following three areas: Strategic Analysis & Projects, Partnerships and Investor Relations.

You will have the following responsibilities

• Manage and drive strategic projects and initiatives with high impact for Bitcoin Suisse (including partnerships, licensing initiatives, client projects, etc.)
• Work across departments including product owners, tech, legal, finance and marketing and coordinate with external stakeholders in Strategic Analysis & Projects
• Contribute to the development and refinement of the company’s short- and long-term strategic roadmap in collaboration with the leadership team
• Conduct strategic assessments of new business models, regulatory environments, or market segments
• Deliver strategic data analysis, insights and presentations about the industry, competition, market segments, business models, business cases as well as products and services
• Realize and maintain partnerships across Bitcoin Suisse’s offering (collaborations, JVs, investments, acquisitions)
  
  

What you bring along

• Master’s degree or higher in computer science, mathematics, physics, economics or finance with excellent academic performance
• 5+ years’ working experience in top-tier strategy consulting or similar
• Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and ability to find out-of-the-box solutions
• Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives from analysis to execution
• Working experience in financial industry is a must
• Knowledge of financial regulations and regulatory compliance a plus
• Passion and personal interest for cryptocurrencies and blockchains, industry exposure is a plus
• Experience and ability of dealing with multiple challenging projects and assignments in parallel with highest attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English including ability to clearly articulate complex issues as well as the ability to visualize them in PowerPoint
• Proactive, self-motivated, positive and well-organized personality
• Entrepreneurial can-do attitude with highest integrity
