Graphic Designer

Adecco Romania is recruiting a Graphic Designer for its client, on behalf of a well-established food manufacturer specializing in bakery and pastry products.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging visual content for packaging, in-store signage, promotions, menus, flyers, and event materials.
• Create compelling graphics for POSM visuals such as: posters, price labels, people stopper, OOH, window sticker, location branding
• Collaborate with our marketing team to highlight products through photography and illustrations
• Maintain the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints to reflect the brand identity
• Assist with layout and design for new product launches, special campaigns, price promotions and offers
• Stay inspired by design and food trends, bringing fresh creative ideas to the table.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 4+ years of design experience, ideally with a food or hospitality brand.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality, food-related design work.
• A good eye for typography, layout, and color—especially when showcasing food.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with packaging design (e.g., pastry boxes, labels, price tags, menus).
• Basic motion graphics or video editing skills
• Familiarity with photography and styling baked goods for marketing materials.
