Requirements

  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in HR, with exposure to multiple HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with compensation and benefits programs.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including the development of recruitment strategies, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
  • Help organize and attend recruitment events, providing logistical and administrative support to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
  • Enhance the onboarding experience by assisting in developing structured orientation programs, integrating feedback loops to continuously improve processes.

Employee Recognition & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR related matters.
  • Support managers in addressing employee performance and conduct issues.
  • Assist in creating initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Help collect and manage employee feedback through surveys and assist with follow-up actions.

Benefits Administration

  • Assist with benefits enrolment processes and coordinate with third-party benefits providers.
  • Provide administrative support in gathering data for compensation benchmarking and assist HR leadership in reviewing compensation structures.

HR Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records according to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in conducting regular audits of HR policies and procedures.

Performance Management

  • Support the annual performance review process by managing timelines, documentation, and communications.
  • Assist in gathering information and preparing reports for workplace incidents, ensuring all documentation is completed and escalated appropriately.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee development initiatives, helping with logistics, communications, and tracking participation.
  • Help gather employee performance data to support leadership in identifying learning and development needs.

Learning And Development (L&D)

  • Assist in organizing professional development programs, including workshops, certifications, and leadership training.
  • Help track employee participation in learning programs, providing logistical support and coordinating learning schedules with department leaders.
  • Collaborate with the management teams to identify skill gaps and support efforts to design and deliver training programs that align with business goals.

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Assist in collecting HR data related to employee turnover, engagement, and satisfaction, compiling data for HR leadership to analyse.
  • Provide support in creating and updating HR dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting for decision-making purposes.
  • Help HR leadership with basic data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for process improvements.

Policy & Organizational Development

  • Provide administrative support in the development and review of HR policies and procedures, ensuring updates are communicated effectively to employees.
  • Assist in the roll-out of new policies and organizational changes, providing coordination and communication support as required.
  • Ensure all employees are aware of and adhere to HR policies.

Employer Branding

  • Assist in preparing materials for internal and external communications that reflect the company's values, mission, and commitment to a positive work environment.
  • Assist the HR Manager in the employer branding initiatives through social media, career fairs, and partnerships to build talent pipelines.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

  • Assist in planning and executing CSR initiatives that align with the company's mission and values, including charity events, environmental initiatives, and community service projects.
  • Help manage employee participation in CSR activities and ensure proper communication and promotion of events.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of CSR outcomes and their impact on the community and employee engagement.

Event Management

  • Help plan and organize HR-related events such as training workshops, team-building activities, and company-wide meetings.
  • Assist with event logistics, including venue coordination, communications, and managing event budgets.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives by coordinating internal events that promote team bonding and corporate culture.

Management Meetings

  • Support the HR Manager in coordinating meetings with other department leaders on HR matters.
