🔧 Your Responsibilities

As a Global Project Manager, you will empower cross-functional teams to deliver new or enhanced diagnostic products efficiently and effectively. Your key tasks include:

• Establishing and managing project structures, timelines, budgets, and communication plans.
• Leading integrated planning, risk management, scenario analysis, and critical path analysis.
• Driving milestone readiness and capacity reviews (e.g., cQCR, SCR, fQCR).
• Applying hybrid project methodologies, including Agile practices where appropriate.
• Facilitating team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Acting as a trusted advisor with a 360° view to support strategic decision-making.
• Coaching team members and fostering a high-performance culture.

✅ What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project/program management within diagnostics, MedTech, pharma, or food industry
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Proficiency in Google Suite and project planning tools like Planisware
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

🌟 Nice to Have

• PMP, SCRUM, or Agile certification
• German language skills
• Experience with Jira
