Roles and Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their operational and analytical needs.
• Provide guidance on advanced analytical methodologies and identify relevant data sources.
• Develop and execute outcome-driven analytics strategies aligned with business goals.
• Design, implement, and maintain reporting solutions tailored to organizational requirements.
• Utilize statistical and visualization tools, including AI-driven techniques, to derive insights.
• Proactively identify opportunities to create value through data-driven business solution.

Skills and Experience:

• University degree (or equivalent) in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Several years of experience as a data specialist or in a similar analytical role, preferably within the financial sector.
• Proficiency in working with large datasets, paired with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI; familiarity with statistical analysis techniques.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage tasks independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with a proactive approach to driving initiatives forward.
• Fluency in English.
